How It All Began
When I (April) was little my family would go visit my great-grandma Mabel, who lived in a super small town in Tennessee called Carthage. I always loved going to see her because she would always have the coolest finds from antique stores, estate sales, etc.
Her house was never the same each time we went. Each room would always have different things and I loved it so much. Each time we would visit she would always let me pick one thing out to take home, and I still have most of those items on display in my house today. My favorite place in her house was the attic because that’s where all of the super special pieces were. The big wooden staircase that led up to that space was even special.
I want to recreate that special space and create my own “reserve” of items that I can share with others. She is the reason why I have such a strong passion for creating a home that I truly love, and I want to do something that honors her in return.

Behind the Brand
I have always loved interior decorating. My design aesthetic comes from various inspirations throughout my childhood combined with a laid-back vintage-classic feel. With my experience over the years, I always hear the same complaint, “I don’t know where to start”. So I hope to be a helping hand for others to bring their visions to life.
